Gomi Aero is seeking a motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused Salesman to join our team in Accra. The successful candidate will drive sales growth, develop strong client relationships, and secure uniform supply contracts with businesses and organizations across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
As the Salesman, you will:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for industrial uniforms and PPE solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Promote Gomi Aero’s products and services to organizations across targeted industries.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, client visits, and business development activities.
- Secure uniform supply contracts and manage the sales process from prospecting to successful completion.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable workwear and safety solutions.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer delivery.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience selling industrial products, uniforms, PPE, or related solutions will be an advantage.
- Strong ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and successfully close deals.
- Strong networking skills and confidence engaging with business clients.
- Ability to work independently, manage sales activities, and achieve targets.
- Good reporting, organization, and customer service skills.
