Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and alert Security Guard to protect our hotel premises, guests, staff, and assets. The ideal candidate will maintain a visible presence on the property, monitor activity, respond to incidents, and ensure the overall safety of the hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel grounds regularly to ensure safety and security of guests and property
• Monitor CCTV systems and alarm systems for suspicious activity
• Control access to hotel entrances and restricted areas
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns
• Report any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or maintenance issues
• Collaborate with hotel management and local authorities when necessary
• Write detailed reports of incidents and daily activities
• Ensure guests feel safe and respected at all times

Requirements

• Must be a resident of Cape Coast
• Minimum of Senior High School Certificate or equivalent
• Prior experience in a security role required
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail
• Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods
• Honest, respectful, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• Basic communication skills in English and/or local languages
