Role Overview

Rehab Beach Club seeks a vigilant and professional Security Officer to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and property. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while upholding the club’s high standards of safety and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and assets
• Control access points and verify entry of guests, staff, and vendors
• Conduct routine patrols to detect and prevent security risks
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies at all times
• Provide support during events and manage crowd control when necessary
• Report incidents accurately and maintain detailed security logs
• Deliver courteous and professional assistance to guests when required

Qualifications

• Minimum of Senior High School Certificate or equivalent
• Formal training in security operations is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in a security role, preferably within hospitality or a related environment
