We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will drive infrastructure automation, cloud engineering, platform reliability, and CI/CD excellence across our technology ecosystem.

Role Overview

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will design, automate, and maintain scalable infrastructure and deployment systems that support modern cloud-native applications. You will collaborate closely with software engineers, security teams, and operations stakeholders to ensure high availability, resilience, security, and operational efficiency across environments.

You will play a critical role in advancing infrastructure automation, Kubernetes operations, observability, and cloud engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Automate infrastructure, deployment, and operational processes wherever possible
• Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) architectures and cloud-native solutions
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Support and improve the software development lifecycle through automation and tooling
• Develop and maintain infrastructure services including API gateways, proxies, identity providers, and related platform components
• Improve system scalability, availability, resilience, disaster recovery, and security automation
• Monitor infrastructure and applications to ensure reliability and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and production incidents, including participation in on-call rotations
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to improve platform efficiency and developer experience
• Document infrastructure standards, deployment processes, and operational procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in DevOps Engineering or related roles
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated experience managing cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD environments
