Position Summary

We seek an experienced and results-driven Senior Engineering Supervisor to oversee engineering operations and ensure the efficient maintenance of hotel facilities and systems. The successful candidate will supervise engineering staff, maintain operational standards, and ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.

This is a full-time position based in Accra.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily engineering and maintenance operations across the property.

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance.

• Monitor mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to maintain operational efficiency.

• Enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance standards.

• Coordinate with department heads to address maintenance requirements promptly.

• Train, mentor, and evaluate engineering team members to drive performance and accountability.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare technical reports.

• Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and engineering supplies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree in Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in engineering or facility maintenance.

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and preventive maintenance practices.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
