Position Summary

The company is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement & Quantity Surveyor Officer to manage procurement activities and provide cost and contract management support across projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring value for money, cost efficiency, and compliance with procurement policies while supporting successful project delivery.

The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to drive effective sourcing, contract administration, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage procurement activities for construction and infrastructure projects.

• Prepare and evaluate tenders, bids, and contracts in line with company policies and project requirements.

• Provide quantity surveying support, including cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control.

• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers and contractors to achieve best value.

• Manage supplier relationships and monitor contract performance.

• Ensure compliance with procurement procedures, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.

• Utilize ERP systems to manage procurement transactions and reporting.

• Prepare procurement and cost reports for management review.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and procurement efficiencies.

• Support project teams with commercial and contractual advice.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

• Background or experience in Quantity Surveying is an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement, preferably within construction or infrastructure projects.

• Experience using ERP systems is a plus.
