To support our growing operations, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Centre Manager to lead our service center in Accra.
Role Overview
The Service Centre Manager oversees daily service center operations, ensures excellent customer service, and drives operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding of automotive services, and the ability to manage teams, resources, and customer relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the service center to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
Lead, supervise, and motivate technicians and support staff to achieve high performance standards.
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Oversee scheduling, job allocation, and quality control of vehicle repairs and maintenance services.
Monitor inventory, tools, and equipment to ensure availability and proper usage.
Implement and enforce health, safety, and operational procedures within the service center.
Track service performance, productivity, and operational costs, and prepare management reports.
Support business growth initiatives, including service improvements and customer retention strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Educational Qualifications & Experience
Prior experience managing an automobile service center or workshop is required.
Demonstrated strong leadership and team management skills.
Sound understanding of automotive repair and maintenance operations.
Experience in customer service and operational management is an advantage.
