Role Overview

The Shop Assistant actively supports daily retail operations by engaging customers, maintaining store presentation, and assisting with sales and social media interactions. This role suits energetic individuals who enjoy customer service, creativity, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner

• Support daily shop operations, including sales, displays, and stock organization

• Maintain a clean, attractive, and well-organized shop environment

• Engage with customers through social media platforms and support online interactions

• Provide accurate product information and promote the brand effectively

• Assist with basic record keeping and point-of-sale activities

• Learn and follow company procedures and service standards

Qualifications & Requirements

• Open to Male and Female applicants

• Minimum of Senior High School (SHS) qualification

• Age range: 18–26 years

• Skilled in social media engagement and basic digital interaction

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Respectful, reliable, and willing to learn

• Must reside in East Legon or nearby areas
