Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Shop Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a warm and inviting shopping experience, assist customers effectively, and ensure smooth day-to-day shop operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming shopping environment
• Assist customers with product selection and provide accurate information
• Handle sales transactions efficiently and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop at all times
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages when necessary
• Promote products through in-store engagement and social media platforms
• Respond to customer inquiries both in-person and online
• Support daily shop operations and ensure excellent customer service standards

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SHS Graduate
• Proven experience managing or working in a shop environment
• Familiarity with social media platforms for business promotion
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of honesty, responsibility, and professionalism
