Role Overview

The Shop Attendant will serve as the first point of contact for customers, creating a warm and welcoming shopping experience. This role requires an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual who can manage daily shop operations efficiently while maintaining a clean, organized, and child-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and assist them with product selection

• Provide accurate information about products and promotions

• Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash and electronic transactions

• Maintain proper stock levels and support inventory management

• Ensure the shop remains clean, organized, and visually appealing

• Assist with receiving, labeling, and displaying merchandise

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints professionally

• Support daily opening and closing procedures

Educational & Experience Requirements

• Proven experience in shop or retail operations

• Basic computer skills, including point-of-sale systems and inventory tools

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage
