We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and well-presented Shop Attendant to support daily retail operations at our East Legon location.

Position Summary

The Shop Attendant serves as the face of the Nujan brand in-store. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, supporting sales activities, and maintaining an organized and visually appealing retail space. The Shop Attendant ensures every customer enjoys a pleasant, professional, and memorable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

The Shop Attendant will:

• Welcome customers warmly and provide attentive, professional service at all times.

• Assist customers with product selection and respond to inquiries confidently and accurately.

• Support sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual standards within the shop.

• Ensure products are well displayed, properly labeled, and adequately stocked.

• Handle customer concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary.

• Support inventory checks and basic stock management activities.

• Uphold Nujani’s brand image through personal presentation and customer interaction.

• Open and close the shop responsibly when assigned.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education

• Minimum of Senior High School (SHS) certificate.

• Tertiary education is an added advantage.

Experience

• 1–2 years’ experience in retail or a customer-facing role.

• Experience in fashion, beauty, or jewelry retail is an advantage.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, confident, and customer-friendly approach.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Basic computer literacy and ability to use POS systems.

• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

• Well-groomed, presentable, and aligned with Nujani’s brand aesthetic.

• Honest, punctual, reliable, and able to work independently.
