A reputable firm in Accra is seeking to employ a Site Foreman.

Qualification Requirements

• First Degree or higher in Construction, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years working experience in construction supervision.
• Practical experience with site management and coordination.
• Proven computer literacy (MS Office, email communication).
• Ability to read drawings and manage workers effectively.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities on-site and ensure work meets project standards.
• Coordinate artisans, labourers, and subcontractors to meet timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and enforce site discipline.
• Monitor project progress, prepare site reports, and update management regularly.
• Assist in materials planning, quality checks, and schedule management.
• Resolve site issues quickly and efficiently.
