Job Summary
Telecel Ghana is seeking an experienced and results-oriented SME Regional Sales Manager to lead commercial activities across the Ashanti, Bono, and Ahafo regions. The successful candidate will actively drive revenue growth, manage high-value customer relationships, and lead regional sales teams to deliver strong business performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute regional SME sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value SME and enterprise clients.
- Drive sales of telecom solutions including dedicated internet, broadband, fixed lines, and mobile services.
- Coordinate sales and marketing activations to increase customer engagement and market penetration.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share across assigned regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
- First degree in Telecommunications, Business Management, BCom, or a related field (Essential).
- Postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5+ years’ relevant mid-management experience in a sales or commercial leadership role.
- Proven experience in telecoms or IT-related services with a strong sales leadership track record.
- Demonstrated success in managing customer-facing roles, particularly high-value accounts.
- Experience in selling telecom solutions such as internet, broadband, fixed lines, and mobile services.
- Strong people management and leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Essential).
- Strong ability to coordinate sales and marketing initiatives effectively.
