Role Overview

Reefa Foods is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to enhance the company’s online presence, engage audiences, and drive brand growth. The successful candidate will develop, produce, and manage compelling content across social media platforms to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute engaging social media strategies aligned with company goals.

  • Create high-quality visual and video content for social media campaigns.

  • Manage the company’s social media accounts, posting regularly and interacting with followers.

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency in all digital communications.

  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.

  • Use tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar software to produce professional content.

  • Plan and schedule social media content to maintain consistent online presence.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in social media management.

  • Strong content creation skills, including video production and graphic design.

  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar design and editing tools.

  • Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and audience engagement.
