Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and brand storytelling. You will develop engaging content, grow our online community, and drive customer engagement across multiple social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.

• Create, curate, and publish engaging content (videos, graphics, and posts) across platforms.

• Manage and grow our presence on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

• Monitor trends and leverage creative ideas to increase visibility and engagement.

• Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and comments to enhance brand reputation.

• Collaborate with workshop and management teams to highlight services, promotions, and success stories.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field, or a recognized Digital Marketing Certificate.

• Proven experience managing TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook accounts with a strong creative portfolio.

• Excellent content creation, storytelling, and communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret engagement metrics.
