Role Purpose

The Social Media Marketing Specialist drives the company’s digital presence by planning, creating, and managing engaging social media content that strengthens brand visibility and supports marketing objectives. The role actively monitors performance, engages audiences, and collaborates with internal teams to deliver consistent and impactful brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy and Content Creation

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company marketing and brand objectives.

  • Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across relevant social media platforms.

  • Ensure all content reflects the company’s brand identity, values, and messaging guidelines.

Community Engagement and Brand Management

  • Actively manage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Monitor social media conversations and trends to identify engagement opportunities and potential risks.

  • Protect and enhance the company’s brand reputation across digital platforms.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using relevant analytics tools.

  • Use insights to optimize content, campaigns, and audience engagement strategies.

  • Prepare regular performance reports for management review.

Collaboration and Campaign Support

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to support product launches, promotions, and campaigns.

  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, and external vendors where required.

  • Support continuous improvement of digital marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of proven experience managing social media for a brand or organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop engaging content and grow online audiences.

  • Experience working in a structured corporate or manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong written and visual communication skills.

  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.

  • Creative thinking combined with data-driven decision-making.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
