Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and guest-focused SPA Concierge to deliver exceptional front-of-house service within our luxury spa environment. The successful candidate will manage guest appointments, support spa operations, promote wellness services, and ensure guests receive a seamless and personalized spa experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout the spa experience
  • Manage spa reservations, scheduling, and guest appointments efficiently
  • Provide information on spa treatments, wellness services, and retail products
  • Coordinate guest requests and ensure timely communication with spa therapists and operational teams
  • Handle telephone inquiries, bookings, and follow-up communications professionally
  • Support spa retail operations, stock monitoring, and inventory coordination
  • Promote spa services and contribute to sales and revenue generation initiatives
  • Maintain accurate guest records using Opera and spa booking systems
  • Ensure the reception and spa areas remain organized, welcoming, and professional
  • Support marketing, public relations, and guest engagement activities where required
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure prompt resolution

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Sales and/or customer service training is an advantage
  • Knowledge of natural therapies is preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year reception experience in an international spa environment
  • Client-facing experience within reception or front-of-house operations
  • Knowledge of telephone system operations and booking systems
  • Experience in stock and retail management
  • Experience in revenue management is an advantage
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
  • Computer literacy with experience using Opera or similar booking/database systems
  • Desktop publishing skills are an advantage
