Role Overview

Faster Auto Parts Limited seeks a detail-oriented Stock and Inventory Personnel to manage inventory records, monitor stock levels, and support efficient warehouse and store operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring product availability and accurate stock control.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock accurately.

• Maintain up-to-date inventory records and stock registers.

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excesses, or discrepancies.

• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory.

• Coordinate with sales and procurement teams to support smooth operations.

• Prepare inventory reports and support audit processes.

• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and inventory control procedures.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or HND in a related field such as Accounting, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.

• Strong numerical and record-keeping skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.

• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Office is an advantage.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
