Role Overview

DS Construction Company seeks a proactive and organized Store Manager to oversee inventory, procurement, and store operations. This role ensures that materials and equipment are managed efficiently, stock levels are maintained, and operations align with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily store operations, including inventory control, stock management, and order processing.

• Ensure timely procurement of construction materials and supplies.

• Maintain accurate records of stock, deliveries, and store transactions.

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure materials are available as needed.

• Implement and enforce safety, security, and operational procedures in the store.

• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or potential shortages.

• Develop and mentor store staff to maintain high performance and efficiency.

• Collaborate with management to improve store processes and reduce operational costs.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain, Real Estate, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in store management, procurement, or inventory control.

• Knowledge of building materials and construction industry standards.

• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management systems.

• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
