Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and service-driven Storefront Associate to join our retail team. In this role, you will ensure an inviting store environment, maintain excellent product presentation, and deliver outstanding customer service to all shoppers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain storefront displays to ensure they are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards
• Ensure cleanliness and overall presentation of the store at all times
• Assist customers promptly and provide a welcoming in-store experience
• Restock shelves and ensure products are properly arranged and labeled
• Monitor product availability and report low stock levels
• Support promotional setups and seasonal display changes
• Handle basic customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary
• Follow store policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines

Qualification Required & Experience

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage
• No formal qualification required, but strong customer service orientation is essential
