Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and engage prospective students for international study opportunities
• Promote the services of Ghanson Consult through outreach, referrals, and client engagement
• Guide students through the initial consultation and application process
• Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Build and manage a pipeline of potential student applicants
• Meet recruitment targets and contribute to team performance goals
• Represent the company professionally at all times during client interactions
• Support basic reporting and tracking of recruitment activities
