Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Student Recruitment Officer to join our team in Accra. The successful candidate will actively promote the university, engage prospective students, and drive student enrollment while creating a positive and welcoming experience for all applicants and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement student recruitment strategies to achieve enrollment targets
• Promote the university through outreach activities, school visits, and events
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational partners
• Provide accurate information about programs, admissions requirements, and student life
• Manage inquiries and guide applicants through the admissions process
• Represent the university at recruitment fairs and marketing events
• Support digital marketing and social media engagement initiatives
• Track and report on recruitment activities and performance

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or student recruitment, preferably in the education sector
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to meet targets and work in a performance-driven environment
• Proficiency in digital communication and engagement tools is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
