Position Overview:
McPhilix Ltd seeks a proactive and results-oriented Supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure high performance across teams. The successful candidate will drive operational efficiency, maintain quality standards, and promote a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.

• Lead, motivate, and monitor team members to achieve performance targets.

• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

• Monitor workflow, resolve operational challenges, and implement process improvements.

• Ensure quality service delivery and maintain high customer satisfaction standards.

• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for management review.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Educational & Professional Requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Location Requirement (Important):
