  Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the approved curriculum.

  • Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment that supports learning and development.

  • Use appropriate teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners.

  • Assess, record, and report pupils’ academic progress regularly.

  • Maintain effective classroom management and promote positive behavior.

  • Collaborate with colleagues, school leadership, and parents to support pupil success.

  • Participate actively in school activities, meetings, and professional development programs.

  • Uphold school policies, professional ethics, and child protection standards at all times.

    Educational Requirements

    • Trainee Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Early Childhood Education or Basic Education.

    Experience Requirements

    • Minimum of two (2) years relevant teaching experience.

    Additional Requirements

    • Must reside in Kwabenya or its environs.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Demonstrated passion for teaching and working with children.

    • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
