We invite applications from qualified, passionate, and dynamic educators for appointment as Maths, Class, Dagbani, Physical Education (PE), and Kindergarten (KG) Teachers at our Tamale location.

Role Overview:
Teachers will plan and deliver effective instruction, support learners’ academic and personal development, and contribute to a positive school culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with approved curricula.

  • Create a safe, inclusive, and child-friendly classroom environment.

  • Use varied teaching methodologies to address different learning styles and abilities.

  • Assess and monitor learners’ progress and provide constructive feedback.

  • Promote discipline, respect, and positive values among learners.

  • Communicate effectively with learners, parents, and colleagues.

  • Participate in school activities and contribute to continuous improvement in teaching and learning.

Educational & Professional Requirements:

  • Degree in Basic Education or Early Childhood Education.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to be patient, fair and firm, respectful, tactful, and caring.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to impart knowledge effectively.

  • Proven ability to apply different teaching methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.
