Position Overview

Eve Asa Company Limited is seeking a proactive and organized Transport Manager to oversee daily transport and fleet operations. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient use of company vehicles, compliance with transport regulations, and timely delivery of services while supporting cost control and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

The Transport Manager will:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage daily transport and fleet operations.

• Supervise drivers and transport staff to ensure efficiency and professionalism.

• Ensure vehicles are properly maintained, insured, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

• Monitor fuel usage, vehicle performance, and transport costs to improve efficiency.

• Enforce safety standards and company transport policies.

• Schedule routes and deliveries to meet operational timelines.

• Maintain accurate transport records, reports, and documentation.

• Liaise with management, vendors, and service providers on transport-related matters.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Transport Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2–5 years’ experience in transport or fleet management.

• Strong knowledge of transport operations, vehicle maintenance, and safety standards.

• Good leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
