Role Summary

The Travel & Tours Executive plays a key role in planning, coordinating, and managing travel services for clients. The role requires a proactive professional who delivers high-quality travel solutions, builds strong client relationships, and supports the company’s commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute travel itineraries tailored to client needs

• Advise clients on travel options, destinations, visa requirements, and tour packages

• Handle reservations for flights, accommodations, transportation, and tour services

• Prepare and issue travel documentation, including tickets and itineraries

• Liaise with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers

• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions

• Resolve client inquiries and travel-related issues promptly and professionally

• Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and industry best practices

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a travel and tours environment

• Experience in ticketing is a strong advantage

• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
