Job Summary

As an Upper Primary Mathematics, Science, and English Facilitator, you will create a welcoming, engaging, and learner-centered classroom environment that inspires curiosity, critical thinking, and academic achievement. You will deliver high-quality instruction, assess learner progress, and collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the holistic development of every child.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Mathematics, Science, and English in accordance with the school’s curriculum.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes active participation and a love for learning.
• Use innovative and learner-centered teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Assess, monitor, and report on learners’ academic progress using appropriate assessment methods.
• Foster critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills among learners.
• Maintain effective classroom management and promote positive learner behavior.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding learners’ academic performance and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and improve learning outcomes.
• Participate actively in staff meetings, professional development programmes, and school events.
• Ensure the safety, welfare, and well-being of all learners while maintaining high professional standards.

Educational Requirements

Applicants must possess the necessary qualifications required to teach Upper Primary Mathematics, Science, and English. Relevant teaching certification, subject expertise, and classroom experience will be an added advantage.
