Role Overview
The Videographer / Motion Graphics Specialist is responsible for conceptualizing, capturing, and producing high-quality video and animated content that supports the organization’s brand, communication, and marketing objectives. This role combines strong visual storytelling with technical expertise in video production and motion design to deliver compelling multimedia assets across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for corporate communications, marketing campaigns, events, and internal initiatives
• Develop motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video storytelling and brand messaging
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and other internal teams to translate ideas into engaging visual content
• Manage all aspects of video production, including scripting support, storyboarding, lighting, audio capture, and post-production editing
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity
• Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear
• Optimize video content for multiple platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve content quality and innovation
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Proven experience in videography and motion graphics production
• Proficiency in video editing and motion design software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro)
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, color grading, and sound design
• Creative storytelling ability with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
