Role Overview

We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Teaching & Production Assistants to support the creation and delivery of engaging online learning materials. The successful candidates will assist with teaching content production, presentation design, and virtual classroom support to ensure a seamless learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop teaching materials, presentations, and learning resources using PowerPoint and other tools.

• Assist in the production and delivery of virtual lessons and online courses.

• Support teachers and facilitators in managing virtual classroom activities.

• Adapt and learn new digital tools and platforms quickly to enhance teaching and production processes.

• Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with learning objectives.

• Maintain records of produced materials and virtual session documentation.

• Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to improving online learning experiences.

Qualifications & Experience

• Good educational qualification such as OND, HND, or Degree.

• Experience as a teacher is an advantage but not required.

• Proven experience designing teaching material with PowerPoint is required.

• Must own a laptop or computer, a smartphone, and have access to stable internet.

• Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.

• Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English (both written and spoken).

• Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and work independently in a virtual environment.
