Role Purpose

The Vosa Supervisor (Marketing Software) leads the supervision, coordination, and effective use of the Vosa marketing software system to support sales and marketing operations. The role ensures accurate data management, system optimization, and alignment between marketing software outputs and business strategies to drive performance and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Software Supervision

• Supervise the day-to-day operation and optimization of the Vosa marketing software system.

• Ensure accurate data entry, system integrity, and timely updates across sales and marketing teams.

• Monitor system usage and troubleshoot operational issues to maintain efficiency.

Sales and Marketing Support

• Support the sales and marketing department with data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.

• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to inform sales planning, market analysis, and management decisions.

• Ensure software outputs align with marketing strategies and business objectives.

Coordination and Training

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective integration of the Vosa system into sales workflows.

• Train and guide staff on proper system use, compliance, and best practices.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to marketing systems and digital tools.

Compliance and Quality Control

• Ensure compliance with company policies and data management standards.

• Maintain accurate documentation and system records to support audits and internal reviews.

• Identify risks and recommend improvements to enhance system reliability and performance.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing within a large factory or corporate organization.

• Proven experience working within a structured sales and marketing department.

• Strong understanding of marketing systems, data analysis, and sales support processes.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
