Job Purpose

The Warehouse Assistant supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching goods accurately and efficiently. The role ensures proper inventory handling while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and accuracy within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming goods

• Pick, pack, and dispatch products accurately according to orders

• Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock counts

• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of pharmaceutical products

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

• Report damaged, expired, or missing items promptly

• Support continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency and accuracy

Educational & Professional Requirements

• WASSCE or MCA certification

• Basic understanding of warehouse or stock-handling procedures is an advantage
