Job Summary

Our client, a reputable international company, is seeking organized, detail-oriented, and hardworking individuals to join their operations team as Warehouse Officers / Warehouse Keepers. Successful candidates will be responsible for managing warehouse inventory, handling goods movement, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations while adhering to safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and organize goods and materials within the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movement, including inbound and outbound inventory.
• Verify product names, specifications, quantities, and related documentation during receiving and dispatch.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation to ensure accuracy between physical stock and records.
• Arrange and label goods properly to maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Support order picking, packing, loading, and dispatch activities to ensure timely deliveries.
• Report damaged, missing, expired, or excess stock promptly to management.
• Ensure proper handling and safe storage of materials in compliance with warehouse safety standards.
• Maintain warehouse equipment such as scanners, printers, shelving systems, and forklifts where applicable.
• Prepare inventory and warehouse activity reports as required.
• Collaborate effectively with procurement, logistics, finance, and other departments.
• Perform any other warehouse-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Educational & Professional Requirements

• Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree.
• Additional training or certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or related fields will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or storekeeping is preferred.
• Forklift operation experience or certification will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control procedures.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience using ERP, WMS, or other inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with good record-keeping abilities.
• Physically fit and able to handle warehouse-related activities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• High level of integrity, responsibility, and discipline.
