Role Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory systems, and lead warehouse staff effectively. The successful candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain operational standards, and drive efficiency across all warehouse activities.

You will play a key role in optimizing inventory control, logistics coordination, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, workflow, and staff activities.
• Oversee inventory management, stock accuracy, and warehouse documentation.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain warehouse safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations efficiently.
• Implement warehouse procedures, operational controls, and performance targets.
• Train, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor inventory systems and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Prepare reports and support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse operations or supply chain management.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Strong understanding of inventory systems and warehouse best practices.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
