Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Manager (Female) to oversee warehouse operations, manage inventory, and ensure smooth supply chain processes. In this role, you will actively lead the warehouse team, optimize storage and distribution, and uphold DoorMaster’s standards of efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory management and stock control.
• Supervise and guide warehouse staff to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Implement systems for accurate record-keeping and reporting.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to streamline operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Requirements

• BSc in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant warehouse or supply chain management experience.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and highly organized.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must reside in Amasaman or surrounding areas.
• Female candidates only.
