Position Summary

Icon Energy is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Warehouse Officer to manage warehouse and stores operations in Accra. The successful candidate will actively oversee inventory control, ensure efficient storage and dispatch of materials, and support compliance with organizational and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse and stores operations in line with company policies

• Receive, inspect, record, and issue materials and equipment accurately

• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials

• Monitor stock levels and support timely replenishment

• Prepare warehouse reports and documentation

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams

• Maintain an organized, clean, and secure warehouse environment

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

• Completion of National Service (mandatory)

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in warehouse and stores operations

• Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control systems

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong organizational, analytical, and record-keeping skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
