We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team and help drive high-quality technical operations.

Role Overview:
The Welder/Fabricator will execute pipe fabrication and welding tasks that support safe and efficient mining operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in industrial or mining fabrication, with a strong commitment to safety and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pipe fabrication, welding, and fitting tasks in compliance with technical drawings and specifications.

• Apply welding and fabrication skills to maintain and repair equipment and infrastructure.

• Follow and enforce safety standards in all welding and fabrication activities.

• Interpret and implement fabrication drawings, measurements, and engineering specifications accurately.

• Contribute to problem-solving and propose innovative solutions to technical challenges.

• Comply with Ghana Minerals and Mining (Health, Safety, and Technical) Regulations.

• Work collaboratively in a multi-cultural team, respecting diverse perspectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Welding & Fabrication Certificate Part II, City and Guilds Apprenticeship Certificate, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

• Valid Welding and Fabrication Technician Competency Certificate from the Minerals Commission.

• Minimum of five (5) years post-apprenticeship experience in pipe fabrication/fitting within a mining or extractive metallurgy environment.

• Strong proficiency in welding processes, materials, and industrial safety best practices.

• Ability to read, interpret, and apply fabrication drawings and measurement specifications.

• Innovative, results-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.

• Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
