Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Workshop Rebuild Supervisor to lead mechanical rebuild and maintenance activities at our Bibiani site. You will oversee component rebuilding, fabrication, and equipment assembly processes while ensuring high-quality standards, safety compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise workshop rebuild activities including component refurbishment, fabrication, and equipment assembly/disassembly
- Ensure maintenance work meets quality standards, safety requirements, and operational timelines
- Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules and workshop operations
- Oversee the use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for asset tracking and reporting
- Inspect rebuilt components and equipment to ensure accuracy and performance standards
- Lead troubleshooting and mechanical fault resolution
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting documentation
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to support plant performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, preferably within a metallurgical or mineral processing plant
- Valid Inspecting Engineer’s Certificate of Competency issued by the Minerals Commission of Ghana
- Proven expertise in mechanical component rebuilding, fabrication, and equipment assembly/disassembly
- Practical experience with CMMS and asset management systems
- Strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy, quality, and compliance
- Results-driven, proactive, and innovative mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural and team-oriented environments
- Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
