Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to lead the sourcing, screening, and onboarding of security personnel. This role is critical to ensuring that all deployed guards and security staff meet strict operational, behavioral, and client-specific standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for security guards and related personnel
• Source candidates through field recruitment, referrals, job boards, and community networks
• Screen applicants through interviews, background checks, and document verification
• Assess candidates’ physical fitness, alertness, and suitability for security roles
• Coordinate and support onboarding, including documentation and deployment readiness
• Maintain an up-to-date database of qualified and standby security personnel
• Liaise with operations teams to understand staffing needs and timelines
• Ensure all recruits meet company policies and client-specific requirements
• Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably within the security industry
• Strong understanding of security personnel requirements and screening processes
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and decision-making skills
• High level of integrity, vigilance, and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight recruitment deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic HR systems
