<p data-start="626" data-end="913">We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented <strong data-start="673" data-end="696">Recruitment Officer</strong> to lead the sourcing, screening, and onboarding of security personnel. This role is critical to ensuring that all deployed guards and security staff meet strict operational, behavioral, and client-specific standards.</p>

<li data-section-id="1hpin0" data-start="951" data-end="1049">Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for security guards and related personnel</li>
<li data-section-id="qduovf" data-start="1050" data-end="1144">Source candidates through field recruitment, referrals, job boards, and community networks</li>
<li data-section-id="zej0ek" data-start="1145" data-end="1231">Screen applicants through interviews, background checks, and document verification</li>
<li data-section-id="1uyh3d7" data-start="1232" data-end="1318">Assess candidates’ physical fitness, alertness, and suitability for security roles</li>
<li data-section-id="wlfukw" data-start="1319" data-end="1406">Coordinate and support onboarding, including documentation and deployment readiness</li>
<li data-section-id="1kf1rqm" data-start="1407" data-end="1486">Maintain an up-to-date database of qualified and standby security personnel</li>
<li data-section-id="cunvlm" data-start="1487" data-end="1562">Liaise with operations teams to understand staffing needs and timelines</li>
<li data-section-id="1f59pc5" data-start="1563" data-end="1641">Ensure all recruits meet company policies and client-specific requirements</li>
<li data-section-id="1n6ytk8" data-start="1642" data-end="1715">Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes</li>

<li data-section-id="1rwlduh" data-start="1858" data-end="1948">Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably within the security industry</li>
<li data-section-id="2mldt0" data-start="1949" data-end="2032">Strong understanding of security personnel requirements and screening processes</li>
<li data-section-id="tu1e4g" data-start="2033" data-end="2099">Excellent interviewing, assessment, and decision-making skills</li>
<li data-section-id="1p29xy5" data-start="2100" data-end="2163">High level of integrity, vigilance, and attention to detail</li>
<li data-section-id="1mq34rw" data-start="2164" data-end="2235">Ability to work under pressure and meet tight recruitment deadlines</li>
<li data-section-id="1yu8q26" data-start="2236" data-end="2285">Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li data-section-id="x11bkv" data-start="2286" data-end="2342">Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic HR systems</li>
