<p data-start="843" data-end="1158">We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused <strong data-start="896" data-end="923">Debt Collection Officer</strong> to manage overdue accounts and support loan recovery operations. The successful candidate will engage clients professionally, negotiate repayment solutions, and ensure compliance with company policies and ethical collection standards.</p>

<ul data-start="1193" data-end="1941">
<li data-section-id="1buidz6" data-start="1193" data-end="1309">Proactively contact customers with overdue device financing accounts via calls, SMS, and other approved channels</li>
<li data-section-id="1su3gmz" data-start="1310" data-end="1378">Negotiate realistic and sustainable repayment plans with clients</li>
<li data-section-id="d7fopz" data-start="1379" data-end="1472">Monitor delinquent accounts and follow up consistently to ensure recovery targets are met</li>
<li data-section-id="z7ywhf" data-start="1473" data-end="1576">Update customer records, payment arrangements, and interaction notes accurately in internal systems</li>
<li data-section-id="1hrmyg3" data-start="1577" data-end="1658">Escalate high-risk or non-responsive accounts in line with company procedures</li>
<li data-section-id="qss605" data-start="1659" data-end="1763">Ensure all recovery activities comply with company policies, legal guidelines, and ethical standards</li>
<li data-section-id="1qe5vrf" data-start="1764" data-end="1866">Maintain professionalism and protect the company’s brand reputation during all client interactions</li>
<li data-section-id="16vmwy6" data-start="1867" data-end="1941">Generate periodic reports on recovery performance and portfolio status</li>

<li data-section-id="f7i1tw" data-start="2073" data-end="2205"><span data-start="2083" data-end="2107">Some</span><strong data-start="2083" data-end="2107"> experience</strong> in debt collection is great but not prerequisite.</li>
<li data-section-id="1x27wmi" data-start="2206" data-end="2250">Strong negotiation and persuasion skills</li>
<li data-section-id="9bt5n1" data-start="2251" data-end="2306">Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)</li>
<li data-section-id="l10kek" data-start="2307" data-end="2378">Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and calmly</li>
