Job Description

BRAC International seeks a senior leader to head country operations in Ghana, overseeing strategy execution, program delivery, risk management, compliance, external partnerships, fundraising, and overall team leadership. The role demands extensive experience managing large multi-disciplinary teams and complex donor-funded portfolios, strong governance and safeguarding competence, and the ability to drive operational excellence while keeping programs impact-focused. You’ll lead strategic planning and budgeting, ensure quality MEL, represent BRAC to government and partners, and steward organizational culture. Candidates should bring at least 12 years’ experience (executive level), proven results in development leadership, outstanding communication, and a values-driven approach aligned with BRAC’s mission to empower people and communities.
