Job Summary

The Physician Assistant actively supports physicians in delivering comprehensive medical care to patients. The successful candidate plays a critical role in patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up while ensuring quality, efficiency, and compassionate service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, examinations, and medical histories

• Assist in diagnosing and managing patient conditions under physician supervision

• Perform clinical procedures within scope of practice

• Prescribe and administer medications as authorized

• Maintain accurate and timely patient medical records

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

• Use IT systems and digital tools for documentation and reporting

• Support patient education, follow-up, and continuity of care

• Uphold ethical standards, patient safety, and confidentiality

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Physician Assistant studies or a related field

• Minimum of five (5) years relevant clinical experience

• Strong clinical judgment and patient-care skills

• IT-literate with experience using electronic medical records

• Social media–inclined and comfortable with basic digital engagement

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Must live in or around Spintex

• Available to work full-time
