We are seeking a motivated Events and Marketing Lead to design, manage, and execute marketing and event strategies that amplify our brand, engage our community, and drive business growth.

Position Summary

The Events and Marketing Lead will oversee marketing campaigns, event planning, and execution to enhance brand visibility and engagement. The successful candidate will work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to projects that integrate AI, technology, and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and events that align with company goals.

• Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and market reach.

• Collaborate with internal teams to design creative campaigns and marketing materials.

• Manage event logistics, including planning, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.

• Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

• Apply agile methodologies to marketing and events projects when appropriate.

• Foster strong collaboration within teams to drive innovative solutions.

• Contribute to problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in marketing, events management, or related roles.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to work on-site in Oyarifa, Accra.

• Passion for AI, technology, and innovative solutions.

• Experience with agile processes is an advantage.

• Strong team collaboration skills.

• Problem-solving mindset, fast learner, and adaptable.

• Self-motivated, creative, and ready to grow professionally.
