Personal Assistant (Full-Time)

We seek a highly experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to provide executive-level support and ensure the smooth coordination of business and administrative functions.


Job Purpose

The Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative and executive support to senior leadership. The role ensures efficient management of schedules, communication, documentation, and confidential matters while maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, and meetings.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes.

  • Screen calls, emails, and other communications with professionalism.

  • Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with discretion.

  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings.

  • Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution.

  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.

  • Support strategic and operational initiatives as assigned.


Educational & Professional Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Personal Assistant (EP).

  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.

  • Must reside in Tema or its environs.
