We are seeking a results-driven and commercially astute Corporate Sales Representative to join our team in Tema. In this role, you will actively drive business growth by managing key accounts, securing new corporate clients, and delivering sustainable revenue performance.


Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Manage and grow corporate (B2B/B2G) client accounts to drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Lead the end-to-end bidding process, including proposal preparation, submission, and contract negotiation.
  • Develop and maintain active client accounts with consistent monthly sales volumes.
  • Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage pricing strategies to ensure profitability while remaining competitive.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and service delivery.
  • Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and periodic sales performance reports.
  • Handle account reconciliation, credit control, and cash collection processes.
  • Build and maintain strong professional networks within the corporate and public sectors.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, documentation, and reporting systems.
  • Continuously enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry awareness.

Qualifications & Requirements

You should have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing.
  • Proven experience in B2B/B2G sales, including bidding and contract negotiation.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • A target-driven mindset with a strong focus on results and revenue growth.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into sales strategies.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.
