We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Technical Staff member to join our team in Ho. In this role, you will actively support production reliability by maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing critical equipment and machinery.


Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical equipment faults to minimize production downtime.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on production machinery and supporting systems.
  • Ensure the smooth and continuous operation of all production equipment.
  • Perform routine inspections to identify potential equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support installation, servicing, and repair of machinery and plant equipment.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and report all technical issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational standards during maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with production teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the technical and maintenance function.

Qualifications & Competencies

You should have:

  • An HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to diagnose faults and implement effective repair solutions.
  • Good understanding of workplace safety standards and procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented production environment.
