Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Receive and attend to clients and visitors in a courteous, professional, and welcoming manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate office records and organized filing systems.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings effectively.
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff.
- Ensure the front office area remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle inquiries and direct clients or visitors to the appropriate departments.
- Support day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications & Requirements
You should have:
- An HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A professional appearance and a positive, welcoming demeanor.
- High level of discretion, reliability, and attention to detail.
