Position Summary

We seek a proactive and customer-focused Client Service Executive to create a welcoming and professional environment for all clients. The successful candidate will manage front-desk operations, support administrative processes, and ensure clients receive timely and courteous assistance throughout their visit.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to clients promptly and professionally.

  • Manage appointment scheduling and client inquiries (in-person, phone, and email).

  • Register clients accurately and maintain updated records.

  • Process billing, payments, and issue receipts efficiently.

  • Coordinate effectively with medical and laboratory teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Provide clear information regarding services, procedures, and timelines.

  • Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times.

  • Ensure the reception area remains organized, clean, and welcoming.

  • Resolve client concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience in a healthcare or customer service setting.

  • HND, Bachelor’s Degree, or higher qualification in Business Administration, Health Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems.

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
