Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with regulatory and industry standards.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations to prevent workplace accidents and ensure full compliance.
Lead and coordinate HSE training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
Monitor environmental performance and promote sustainable operational practices.
Ensure strict adherence to local and international HSE regulations and standards.
Prepare detailed HSE reports and present findings to management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the organization’s safety culture.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of seven (7) years of HSE experience within the Oil & Gas or Energy sector.
Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and industry standards.
Professional HSE certification (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
Demonstrated leadership and team management capability.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
