We are currently seeking a highly competent and proactive HSE Manager to join our client’s operations in Takoradi. The successful candidate will drive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) excellence while fostering a safe and compliant working environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with regulatory and industry standards.

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations to prevent workplace accidents and ensure full compliance.

  • Lead and coordinate HSE training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.

  • Monitor environmental performance and promote sustainable operational practices.

  • Ensure strict adherence to local and international HSE regulations and standards.

  • Prepare detailed HSE reports and present findings to management.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the organization’s safety culture.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of seven (7) years of HSE experience within the Oil & Gas or Energy sector.

  • Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and industry standards.

  • Professional HSE certification (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) is highly preferred.

  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capability.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
