A fast-growing e-commerce and logistics company is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support its nationwide operations. The role involves handling customer calls, resolving delivery issues, following up on orders, and ensuring customers receive timely and helpful support.

This role suits individuals who are friendly, patient, and eager to help people. It is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where performance is rewarded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers
  • Follow up on orders and logistics updates
  • Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors in a timely manner
  • Ensure customer satisfaction at all times

Requirements

  • Minimum of SHS/WASSCE. HND or Degree is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (and local languages is a plus)
  • Good phone etiquette and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
